These Terms apply to purchases and Services provided through the Antah website and Antah-operated or authorized customer communication channels, including WhatsApp, phone and email.

Customers who are 18 years of age or older may independently use the website and purchase products.

A minor may use the website or purchase products only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

By using the website or placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity or appropriate authorization to enter into the transaction.

Certain features of the website may require or allow you to create a customer account.

• Provide accurate and current account information.
• Keep your login credentials confidential.
• Promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
• Do not use another person's account without authorization.

Antah may suspend or terminate an account where reasonably necessary because of false information, misuse, fraud, security concerns or violation of these Terms.

Antah makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, images, sizes, prices, availability information and other product details.

Product images may appear slightly different depending on the customer's screen or device. Minor visual variations may also occur between photographs and physical products.

Product availability, pricing and descriptions may change from time to time.

Antah will not substitute an alternative product without the customer's consent.

Antah may describe its product preparation and energization process on the website, including its prescribed Vedic mantra and Abhimantran practices.

Where applicable, Antah may state that a product is prepared or energized through 11,000 Vedic mantra chants as part of its spiritual preparation process.

Product prices are displayed on the website or checkout page as applicable.

Placing an order does not by itself guarantee final acceptance.

• Payment issues
• Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity
• Legal or regulatory requirements
• Other legitimate operational reasons

If an order is cancelled and a refund is applicable, the applicable refund will be processed.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, Antah may inform the customer and offer a suitable alternative.

No alternative product will be supplied without the customer's consent.

If no suitable alternative is available, Antah may cancel the affected order and provide any applicable refund.

Once an order has been dispatched, normal order cancellation will generally no longer be available.

Issues after dispatch will be handled according to Antah's Refund & Replacement Policy and applicable law.

Payments may be processed through Antah's authorized payment service providers, including Cashfree.

An order is not considered confirmed until payment has been successfully received and the order confirmation has been issued.

If payment fails or remains pending, the order may not be confirmed and may be cancelled.

If an amount is debited from the customer's account but payment confirmation has not reached Antah, Antah will reconcile the transaction with the payment provider and process any applicable refund after confirmation.

Antah ships domestic orders through major courier and logistics networks.

Delivery timelines displayed on the website or checkout are estimated timelines and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Antah's Refund & Replacement Policy forms an integral part of these Terms.

The current policy provides a 7-day replacement claim window for eligible wrong, damaged and manufacturing or functional defect cases, subject to the applicable conditions.

Customers may voluntarily submit reviews, photographs, videos, testimonials or other content relating to their experience with Antah.

By submitting such content, the customer grants Antah permission to use, reproduce, display, adapt, crop, resize, edit and format the submitted content for website, advertising, social media, promotional and marketing purposes.

Customers must ensure that submitted content is based on their genuine experience and does not infringe another person's rights.

If a customer requests removal of submitted content, Antah will verify the request and make reasonable efforts to remove the content within a reasonable period where practical and legally required.

Where content has already been used in third-party advertising, printed materials or archived marketing assets, immediate removal from every existing medium cannot be guaranteed.

Antah's original website content and brand assets, including logos, product photographs, product videos, product descriptions, graphics, designs, written content and marketing materials, are owned by or used by Antah under applicable rights.

Without prior written permission, customers may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, commercially exploit or misuse Antah's original content or brand identity.

You must not use the Antah website or Services for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive or abusive purposes.

If a genuine technical, pricing or product-listing error affects an order, Antah may, before fulfilment, correct the error, contact the customer, cancel the affected order or provide an applicable refund.

Promotional offers, sale campaigns, discount codes and free-shipping offers may have separate eligibility, validity, usage limits and product-specific conditions.

Antah may cancel or correct expired, duplicated, misused, fraudulently obtained or technically incorrect promotional codes or offers.

Customer reviews should be based on genuine experience.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, a customer may be responsible for valid claims, losses, liabilities or reasonable legal/professional costs arising directly from the customer's violation of these Terms, unlawful conduct, fraud or infringement of a third party's rights.

This applies only to matters for which the customer is legally responsible.

Nothing in this section requires a customer to indemnify Antah for Antah's own unlawful conduct, negligence or liability that cannot legally be transferred to the customer.

Antah may suspend or terminate an account or restrict future orders/services where reasonably necessary because of fraud, security risks, illegal activity, false information, repeated misuse or violation of these Terms.

Where practical, Antah may provide reasonable notice before suspension or termination.

Immediate action may be taken where necessary because of fraud, security risks, illegal activity or other urgent circumstances.

Antah will not be responsible for delay or non-performance to the extent caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, where permitted by applicable law.

Such circumstances may include natural disasters, fire, flood, epidemic/pandemic, war, government action, strikes, major courier disruption, significant internet/server outage or other comparable unavoidable events.

Antah will make reasonable efforts to resume affected Services when circumstances permit.

If an order is subject to an unusually prolonged delay, the customer may be provided with an applicable cancellation or refund option, subject to applicable law and the circumstances of the order.

Customers retain any consumer forum, court or other legally available remedy provided by applicable law.

If the matter cannot be resolved through customer support, the customer may use any consumer forum, court or other legally available remedy.

Antah may also pursue any legal remedy available to it under applicable law.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of India.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights or statutory remedies available to customers under applicable Indian law.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified or limited to the extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, where legally possible.

The remaining provisions of these Terms will continue to remain effective.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund & Replacement Policy and other applicable policies published by Antah, collectively govern the customer's use of the website and Services.

Where a specific policy contains a specific rule for a particular matter, that specific policy will apply to that matter.

Antah may update, modify or replace these Terms from time to time.
